Dr/Mrs Arora takes the time to listen to what you are saying and explains what the Prescription is about, what the Medication is for, when to take and any side effects which may occur.
Very good in repeat check-ups & repeat Prescriptions.
Also very understanding of any problems in making appointments, I E via Emails, if you cant use a phone for whatever reasons.
Also VERY CARING.
Needs to educate reception staff as to Patients quirkiness re appointment booking.

dr arora listens to what i say, i have diabetis & she regulary monitors my sugar levels & has refered me to the hospital for specialist treatment. she sometimes scolds me about weight & sugar levels but is doing this because she has my best interests a heart.
i have been with the doctor for many years & would hearterly recomend her.

Dr Arora has looked after my family since moving to Bracknell 9 years ago. Dr Arora has proved invaluable as my local GP. She respects and listens to you without prejudice. She displays great empathy and understanding and has a very gentle, patient manner towards the children.
On a recent occasion she diagnosed my ear problem as mastoids even tough I had seen a consultant who said there was nothing wrong with me on three separate occasions. I trust her implicitly and would not have any problems in recommending her.
Dr Arora always finds time to fit you in or call you even though she has a very heavy workload and you are made to feel valued. I consider us very lucky to have her as our GP.

Dr Arora is by far the best GP I have ever had the good fortune to be registered with. Dr Arora and her staff are always professional, appointments punctual and nothing is ever too much trouble. I never feel rushed and Dr Arora takes time to explain everything to me in layman's terms and reassure me if I have any concerns. Thank you Dr. Arora and all your staff for everything you do! We need more like you and your husband Dr Arora! Thank you both.

I had my flu injection today. Dr Arora and practice nurse, Julie greeted me and I was processed and injected quickly and easily. I had a question for Dr Arora re my husband, during my appointment, which I appreciate was not relevant to my appointment, and she answered it and put my mind (and his) to rest.
Dr Arora has always listened to me, and because of her my cancer was caught, referrals made quickly, treatments undergone, and I am now cancer free.
